i stayed in the quadruple room. it was spacious and clean with many towels. the hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, a nice touch. the location proved very convenient, near restaurants, shops, and landmarks. it was easy to walk to the trevi fountain and spanish steps.

the warm water in the shower was not very hot, more like mild.

Charming Stay Near the Spanish Steps

The location was AMAZING. It was merely a one-minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The Spagna Metro Station was also close. My room offered ample space and it featured a high ceiling, which enhanced the sense of openness. Free coffee, tea, and water were available in the reception area, so that was very useful. Croissants were offered each morning..

The walls seemed a bit thin, so I heard some noise from adjacent rooms. This was a minor issue overall though.

I loved the hotel's location. It was so close to the Trevi fountain, a short walk. the staff was friendly. the room felt clean and well maintained. the coffee machine near the rooms was a nice extra.

The walls were thin and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. This could be bothersome for light sleepers. more soundproofing would be beneficial. the bed was also quite hard, which affected the comfort of my stay.

Luca at reception provided excellent support. ALL the staff were friendly. i could leave luggage before check-in. This was beneficial. the staff swiftly resolved any issues. They were very kind.
